Food Trucks for the Fallen

Creative brief:
Get San Antonio locals and tourists
Who take pride in their city and country
To help support families of fallen heroes
By attending the 20th Annual Food Trucks for the Fallen event.

Insight:
From military to police, firefighters to EMS, there is no shortage of uniforms when it comes San Antonio. Despite being the source of great strength, honor, and pride, the Freedom Fighters Foundation is here to remind SATX that having so many uniformed community members doesn’t come without great sacrifice. Because of this, the Food Trucks for the Fallen 20th anniversary event will take place July 15 from 11a.m.-11p.m. at The Pearl in Downtown San Antonio. All proceeds will be matched by the San Antonio Freedom Fighters Foundation and donated to families of fallen heroes.

Idea:
My goal for this project was to create a design that could be easily be recognized, featured the San Antonio skyline, and also included important information like when/where it will take place and what the purpose of the event is. The following mockups include one social media post (with copy) and three story options for potential food truck participants.
